Painting with light isn't just a project in Blair High Schools Photography class, but simply a way for students to be able to express themselves through art. A way where it teaches students to interact and work together, but mostly an oppurtunity. An oppurtunity to have a voice, and thats exactly what Mr.
Steve Solis has provided for his students.
